Emico Development Sdn Bhd was established in 1996 with its maiden project of more than 300 acres in Sungai Petani, Kedah. The project will be developed into a strategic township which consisting of 2,500 units of double storey terrace houses, double storey semi detached houses, two and three storey shop offices and one and a half storey semi detached light industry factories and low cost flats. The project has been divided by Eastern By Pass Highway into two projects: Bandar Mutiara and Taman Batik.

Bandar Mutiara is set in a location adjacent to various established amenities and townships. It is located at the strategic location along Eastern Bypass Highway with great accessibility, superb locality and less than 10 minutes to all convenient amenities. This mixed development project consists of more than 2500 units of residential and commercial building with one and two storey terrace house, two storey bungalows, two and three storey shop houses and low cost flat.
Taman Seri Pertam, Ayer Tawau, Melaka
Proudly launched by YAB Menteri Besar of Melaka on 4 May 2007, the project is a joint venture development with Perbandaran Kemajuan Tanah Adat Melaka (Pertam) to develop Phase 3 of Project Ayer Tawau, Daerah Jasin, Melaka. Taman Seri Pertam consists of 216 units of single and double storey residential houses.
